    On most days, Wolfgang Diarmuid, Sol Conan, Jose Goll and Oscar Osgar would go out hunting. They would hunt wild turkeys, chickens and foxes. The plan was to catch turkeys and chickens, deep fry them (though they did not know how) and use the fried chicken and turkey to trap foxes, in order to domesticate them, and use the foxes to lure unwitting coeds to enroll in their new college, The Fianna of Ireland, run on the deck of a freighter sailing weekly from New Zealand to Tasmania.

    On this particular day, they were blown off course on a recruiting trip to Perth and landed in South Africa.

    They had gone so far they could not get home in the evening, and they spent the first part of the night walking through the South African woods, East of Durban, near where they had docked.
