    Preface

My sixty-eight-year-old great-aunt Carole, a retired Mathematics teacher, recently spent the weekend with me and my family. She and I have always been close. Her only daughter, Corrine, lives in Australia with her millionaire husband and four totally spoilt brats. They have no time for my great aunt, so I ensure that I regularly have her over to spend time at my house.

The morning after her last visit, I stripped the bed and discovered the large notebook she’d left under the pillow. Filled with curiosity, I opened it to take a peek and couldn’t stop reading.

She had been happily married for forty-five years to her wonderful husband, my uncle Dennis, before he’d passed away last year. So, imagine my surprise when I found that not only had she spent the majority of her last year at university living with a pair of lesbians, she had written about it in great detail and left instructions for me to share it with the world when she died.

She called later that morning when she realized that she’d left the notebook behind. I immediately drove it over to her house and tried to look innocent as I handed it over.

When I got back home, I re-read the pages I’d quickly scanned into my computer before leaving the house and decided that the story was too good not to share immediately. My aunt won’t ever see this; she refuses to read eBooks. I know that I should wait until she passes away, but I’ve never been good at keeping secrets. I hope you are.

I blushed and squirmed as I transcribed the story, trying and failing to think of my aunt making love with anyone but her late husband.

And, if you’re American, please forgive the use of British spellings such as Maths instead of Math as the shortened form of Mathematics. I wanted to stay as true to my great-aunt’s
