The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by VE Schwab ‘When I first started reading Addie, I knew I was about to read something special.

‘The opening page raises the question of what is our purpose if we leave nothing behind? That alone was enough to draw me in, but what I adored about this story was the complexity of Addie’s character as we follow her from 17th century France to date, as she tries to survive life where she no longer exists in people’s minds the moment she is out of their sight.
