    Obesity is a growing epidemic, but prevention efforts have not been successful. To a great extent, this is due to the challenging task of transmuting the way people eat, move, and live. This quandary is mostly attributed to poor lifestyle culls, such as an unbalanced diet, eating processed foods high in fat, oversized food portions, ingurgitating, exorbitant imbibing, lack of physical activity, lack of sufficient sleep, hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, polycystic ovarian syndrome, Cushing’s syndrome, medications, psychological issues, gregarious issues etc.

    Causes for Obesity

    We for the most part add additional kilos to our body because of our food habits. Had we controlled our taste buds, numerous hospitals, drug stores, departmental stores, enterprises like fruit drinks, food would not have flourished to this level.
