About Clara
Clara Wajngurt is a coach, author, speaker and professor in higher education and is an expert in self-development of others and empowering those around her. She has devoted her professional career to encouraging her students to take control of their lives, setting goals and in making positive choices. This is shown in her teaching, in her math anxiety workshops and more recently in her STEM workshops. As a union advocate she not only negotiates for employment rights in the workplace but in excellent working conditions. She has been actively involved in grievances, tenure and promotion decisions, job security actions and discussions on benefits for employees at the
