Kristi Carson lives in Atlanta, Georgia, where she has been following an intermittent fasting lifestyle since 2015. 50 pounds overweight at 31, she had to do something as the excess weight was actually killing her! She got introduced to this lifestyle when diagnosed with diabetes type 2. Doctors told her it's incurable and she'll have to be medicated for the rest of her life. After doing a bit of research, she found that you can actually reverse diabetes by following few methods. Ketogenic diet in combination with Intermittent Fasting proved to be a great combo and after few months, she was cured. She's now working as a personal trainer at one local gym in Atlanta where she shares her knowledge and expertise with people who need it.
