    This was originally intended to be a blog post about basic principles I have followed over the years. Principles that have allowed me, as well as clients, to maintain a healthy lifestyle, as well as develop a physique compared to some Greek Gods/Goddess’… lol!

    It quickly morphed as I begin to transcribe and organize these thoughts on paper. There are hundreds of fitness gurus, personal trainers, and prep coaches that will charge obscene amounts of money to teach you many of the principles and knowledge I am going to share through this reading. There are also tons of books, articles, blogs, etc. out there that explain some of the information I am going to share here. I will not blow smoke and pretend that you have not heard some of this information before. What I will do is promise that by the end of reading this short book, that you will understand what I, as well as countless others, have tried to explain for so long. This will be a simple easy to understand guide for everyone to follow! A blueprint for improving your nutrition habits and digestive health. It will also teach you how to develop your own plan of attack for meeting your physical goals.

    Now I must warn you! I am generally a straight forward no-nonsense type of guy. There will be no sugar coating going on in this reading. This will be a very direct, logical approach to making an easy transition to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and developing clean eating habits. So, let’s get into it….!

    NUtrition Basics

    PALEO, KETO, ADKINS, LOW CARB, CARB CYCLING, IIFYM…… There are so many variations of dieting in the world, that a person could get lost in choosing which ideology to follow. I believe this is why so many individuals quit before they get started. Too many choices can be just as detrimental to making a lifestyle change as having too few of choices. The good thing about these choices though, is they all work!! They all will help you lose weight and get in to fantastic shape. The problem with many of these diet programs is discipline. Everything is cool until you have an unscheduled event, or your significant other wants to grab a bite.

    Between the rules of these diet programs and those unscheduled life deviations, you will find it more difficult to get back on the wagon every time something comes up. You mentally get discouraged. I’m sure everyone is familiar with the phrase

    I’ll start my diet again on Monday…

    Both men and women make this comment religiously and most don’t end up starting over until they have found a new motivation.

    Here is where you should conclude that you need to make a lifestyle change. Just Eat Clean!!!! Eating Clean is the one common factor that all these Fad dieting variations have in common! Now I know that there are a multitude of ideas out there in terms of defining what clean eating is. So let’s define what it really means and clear up some
