This is based on lifestyle and healing methods that lead us towards attaining harmony with our biological, social, and spiritual nature. ‘Holistic healing’ means improving all levels and aspects of our being while moving towards achieving greater harmony in our day-to-day life.     THE ROAD TOWARDS DISEASE

    These days most of humanity lives in relatively unnatural conditions surrounded by a minefield of technological and chemical health hazards. Even worse is the fact that we are largely unaware of the nature of these hazards, therefore, in order to live more as nature intended we need to become aware of the main health hazards in our environment and learn to avoid or minimize them. If in doubt, try to envisage which condition or course of action is more natural and in harmony with our human nature. The main biological influences on our health are environmental factors, nutrition and exercise. Our health is also significantly influenced by our beliefs and emotions. In addition, there are numerous other natural healing methods to help us in our quest. These range from herbal and other remedies and working on muscle and bone structures to using electro, magneto and vibrational medicine. Real health, the perfect functioning of all parts of body and mind, is so rare that most people do not recognize it and mistake the temporary absence of disease symptoms for health. Formerly, people suffered mainly from violent but short and often fatal infectious diseases; now they are afflicted with chronic degenerative diseases for a lifetime. The main factors causing our health degeneration are as follows:

    1. Unnatural nutrition: food refining, lack of 'living food', lack of vitamins, minerals and enzymes, incorrect food combining, unsuitable diet for our metabolic or blood type.

    2. Chemical and Electromagnetic pollution: pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, medical drugs, food additives, synthetics, air and water pollution, and microwaves.

    3. Lack of physical activity: too much sedentary TV, computer, office activity, driving instead of walking.

    4. Harmful negative feelings and emotions: resentment, fear, discontent, greed, envy; emotional damage during birth, childhood or adolescence - and lack of positive feelings such as happiness, gratitude, devotion, contentment, joy and positive role models.

    5. Harmful mental attitudes: lack of spiritual or humanistic goals, worry, and lack of faith that things will work out in your favour.

    6. Inherited genes: of poor and deteriorating quality.

    As a result of these negative factors, we inherit or develop an inefficient digestive system, weak immune functions, and problems with various organs. Initially, and especially during childhood, this leads to short bouts of acute infections, digestive upsets and rashes. Sooner or later we develop chronic diseases that become ever more debilitating and life threatening. Using drugs and technological solutions to suppress the symptoms of our deteriorating condition does nothing to reverse this trend and re-establish good health.

    THE ROAD TOWARDS RADIANT HEALTH

    We can only reverse the relentless deterioration of our health by removing the negative factors that caused it and replacing them with positive steps and habits. This means practicing natural living - i.e. good nutrition, proper breathing, plenty of physical activity, improved emotional and mental attitudes, as well as using specific procedures, uppermost of which is the purification of body and mind. A fundamental aim of all healing is to provide the body with more vitality. True healing is always a holistic process involving physical, bio-energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects. Before you see a natural therapist or search the Internet for specific remedies to cure your health problem, try to get the basics right then most of your problems may disappear on their own and any remaining symptoms will give a much better indication of what is required.

    Basic health improvement should include the following steps:

    • Intestinal Sanitation: Remove old accumulated wastes, establish proper bowel movements, eliminate harmful microbes and re- establish a healthy intestinal flora.

    • Cleansing: Remove metabolic wastes and accumulated toxins through repeated cleansing periods. Sanitize your teeth.

    • Allergy Testing: After a cleanse re-introduce foods gradually to discover any food allergies and chemical sensitivities.

    • Acid-Alkaline Balance: Check the acidity of your urine and saliva, and correct any over-acid or over-alkaline condition.

    • Microbes and Parasites: Remove harmful microbes and parasites with the help of simple remedies and devices.

    • Pollution Control: Minimize electromagnetic and chemical pollution inside your home.

    • Healthy Living: Improve your health with exercise, sunshine and ‘living’ water.

    • Good Diet: Adopt a high-quality diet suited for the specific requirements of your body.

    • Mind and Emotions: Use mind tools to eliminate negative beliefs and emotions and acquire positive ones instead.
