Have you ever been down and don't know why? well don't feel special or feel as if something is wrong with you mentally, because it happens to all of us I wrote this book because I was a chronic worrier, I worried about everything, I worry so much that I worried about something to worry about.

I would slip into depressive states quite easily, it wasn't surprising that when my real problems started I didn't do well after one week I looked liked Mahatma Gandhi and I was just twenty five

I invested in my well being and after going through the process I won't say I am cured [considering I wasn't clinically diagnosed as being sick] but my feelings have flipped around. Now I am always feeling good and my sad states are less and much shorter because my subconscious is always reminding me about all the positives in my life.

Why I Wrote This Book

Have you ever been down and don’t know why? well don’t feel special or feel as if something is wrong with you mentally, because it happens to all of us I wrote this book because I was a chronic worrier, I worried about everything, I worry so much that I worried about something to worry about.

Where Is God

From the beginning of time people have been going back and forth about the existence of God, anyone out there who doesn’t think God exists has not really thought about life in any deep way. The existence of God doesn’t need any high-flying scientific explanation.

The proof of Gods existence lives within you. Think about it, after six weeks you can detect a fetal heart beat, your heart pumps over two gallons of blood per minute, over 100 gallons an hour, it pumps over 100,000 times a day, through 60,000 miles of blood vessel it beats 3 billion times in an average lifetime.  It beats regardless of how you feel weather you are happy or upset, you are not thinking about doing it, then who is ?

What is digesting your food ? You chew then swallow and the intelligence takes over, breaking down the food, no one can explain who or what is doing it, we don’t think about doing it after we swallow, it is taken care of by someone who loves us enough to give us life.
