You cant go wrong with this pie book. I have tried many and the best part is these are generational recipes. This collection is the best of the best from the National Pie Championships from the American Pie Council (aka I Want That Job).200 tried and winning recipes, well indexed, photographed, and categorized by type. Worth a full price purchase but a goldmine find thanks to my local library resale.
