AITLIN GUERIN found her passion for baking as a child helping her mother in the kitchen and adding her own special touch to recipes. Initially pursuing a dance career in the San Francisco Bay area, she later returned to her culinary roots, attending the Culinary Institute of America’s baking and pastry program while she was out west.
