SOUR CREAM
•Stir sour• Add a couple of spoonfuls of sour cream instead of milk when making scrambled eggs.• Use instead of milk in a pancake batter; mix a little milk to thin it out.• Roast sliced, seasoned potatoes. Toss in Ajvar. Serve with sour cream or cut open hot, cooked jacket potatoes and dollop over sour cream. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
