- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5A good basic book for people interested in exploring peacefulness, calmness and improving their relationships with others. Some meditational ideas. Contains some links to an Eastern style religion - nevertheless still quite a useful tool to use as long as it is used carefully.
