About this ebook
Feel, observe, stop for a second, and look around... Maybe we're not villains; we only act based on some negative stereotypes: we are used to envying someone, criticizing someone, and do not consider that we do something wrong. Just think, we blame others - is there anything special about it? And once people get together, they start to "pick others to pieces." Or they begin to feel sorry for another person, thinking it is good. And, when we are sorry for a man, we limit his possibilities.
90% of our worries will never happen; Margaret Thatcher accurately calculated. Being always worried about something is our normal state. At the same time, we know that excitement does not help, and prevents us from solving the problems. But we do not know what in general we shall do if we stop to rage and worry. A sort of emptiness emerges inside, what should be done with it? This is the problem. Worries are fears with no address. Most of them aggravate in the twilight; this is a scientific fact. Thus, the parents worry about their children, the girls - about the boys, the boys - about the money... Some people think that's the way the world wags. That is not true. This is the way neurotics' world wages since they continually create hell in their heads...
Every person either realizes or suffers in his life. The best way to live your life without the disease is to know it.

Positive Thinking Is the Key to Mental Health - Kitty Corner
Introduction
EACH OF US COMES INTO this world with their program. Everyone faces particular challenges regarding spiritual evolution. If we do not meet them or stand still or do something opposite, a disease emerges. The condition is not a punishment, but a Teacher who tells us how we need to live. The disease is an indicator of our wrong actions that contradict our Calling.
Modern medicine has created a system of suppressed symptoms of different pathologies using pharmacological drugs manufactured by synthetic medications that relieve a person from symptoms such as fever, blood pressure disorders, cough, or pain in any part of the body.
However, all these methods do not solve the subtle psychological causes of disease and often do not influence the reasons for the disease. Symptomatic treatment leads only to the continuous process because it helps the condition "to go inside."
Conventional medicine treats the same psoriasis using hormonal ointments that remove skin manifestation of psoriasis only for a while but do not affect the cause of the disease. What is more, such hormonal creams sold in all pharmacies have many side effects. Psoriasis is a body cry for help. Skin is a gut turned inside out. And all patients with psoriasis have apparent digestive problems.
If you normalize digestion, forget about bad habits and harmonize the emotional sphere, psoriasis will go away. It just indicates that it is necessary to lead a healthy lifestyle and get rid of the enemies of sense. Meanwhile, psoriatic plaques make up
causes the state when the disease goes inside. Any illness inside the body frequently leads to more severe pathology and the worst thing to the emergence of both benign and malignant tumors.
Thus, the disease is an excellent Teacher and Leader on the path to spiritual and physical recovery. Communication with the disease helps to recollect the courage, look honestly straight in the eyes of the conflicts and problems of your inner world.
