Description
Heal yourself
We humans are becoming more and more whimsical, have more and more quirks, suffer from depression, delusions, fears. Mental ailments of all kinds fill the waiting rooms of specialized doctors, the god in white (demigod at least), he will fix it.
We don't always act to our advantage, we approach things too rationally, think back and forth, then lose ourselves in thoughts that don't come to a point, and can't really come to a point. Instead of listening to our body, the same considerations always circle in our head, as a result we are then dissatisfied, not "happy".
This can go on for your entire lifetime (no, it doesn't get better with age), or you can take responsibility for your own self, you finally take care of your self, simply by starting to "heal yourself", starting self-therapy. Because no matter how good your doctor is, no matter if you are a health insurance or private patient, a doctor cannot take the necessary time for you, only you can do that.
Do you want to initiate a process that will help you solve your problems, or do you continue to "let things slide"? Are you ready to work on yourself without outside help (doctor, therapist), so that you can finally achieve your goals and lead a more pleasant life?
Have you ever heard of "self-healing powers"? Every person can heal himself, the body and also the mind. If you cut your finger, then the cut heals in a short time, is no longer visible. So is your psyche, if problems arise here, then you can heal yourself, if you want to. The mind (unlike the body) requires an actively supported healing process that begins with the will to heal.
Because through the will we then find the strength to look at our existence (and the role we play) relentlessly honestly, which is always the prerequisite for healing, must be.
Every person suffers from his or her own personal horrors, has his or her own special demons, is afraid of other things, no two people are alike. That is why there is no standard application for recovery that applies to all people, but runs just individually.
In general, it should be said that healing oneself "by oneself" will usually be a long process, which may take a lot of time, cost a lot of energy.
Self-therapy is always connected with effort and work, coincides in many respects with the things Buddha taught his disciples.
In the next few days you will read more about self-therapy here.
