Many Americans are dealing with horrible health conditions. They are dealing with high levels of prediabetes and diabetes because of all the extra carbs and sugars they take in. They are carrying around extra weight from eating foods that are high in calories. And many more are suffering from high blood pressure, stroke risks, and other heart health issues because they are taking in way too much sodium, saturated fats, and other nutrients that are making the heart work way too hard.
Thanks to our current diet plans and the way that we eat, we are slowly making it harder and harder on the heart to do its job. And with heart disease being one of the main killers of people throughout the country, many are starting to look for a solution to help them feel better and get their health back under control.
Many Americans are trying to combat their high blood pressure with options that are not necessarily the healthiest for them to go with.
