    Topical Sunburn Remedies to Get Relief From Sunburn Pain

    Home Remedies to Relieve Sunburn Pain

    There are many home remedies to relieve sunburn pain and get rid of sunburn pain. One thing you can try is putting cold plain yogurt on your sunburn. The active ingredients in the yogurt will help relieve sunburn pain. A cold washcloth soaked in milk can also help relieve sunburn pain. Finally, apple cider vinegar can be used to quicken the healing process of a sunburn and relieve pain. It will sting slightly when you put it on your skin but the ingredients in the vinegar will help get rid of your sunburn pain.  

    Over the Counter Medicine for Sunburn Pain Relief

    If you are experiencing great pain from your sunburn try taking an over the counter pain reliever like Tylenol or Advil. This products will help stop the inflammation caused by the sunburn and relieve sunburn pain.  

    Prevent Sunburns from Starting to Relieve Sunburn Pain
