    Introduction

These days, employment law seems to side with the employee. Numerous steps must be taken before an employee can be terminated. You will need to monitor the performance of your employee for a long period of time. You will need to jump through hurdles, perform numerous reviews, give warnings, collect evidence, etc. This whole process could take years to complete.

Getting rid of an employee who underperforms is nearly impossible.

Now imagine trying to get rid of an employee who is performing well, professional, well-liked by everyone and generally doing brilliantly at their job.

    Impossible you might think.

Well legally yes, that would be near impossible but there are ways to ‘encourage’ your victim to leave.

If you are an incompetent and egotistical manager and need to get rid of one of your high-performing employees then this book is for you.

This book will provide strategies and tactics to encourage your victim to leave your organisation. There are various techniques at your disposal. If one does not work on your victim, just move onto the next.

The key is repetition and persistence. Actions will need to be repeated over and over to be effective. The longer you keep this up, the more likely your victim will leave of their own accord.

The goal is to create a hostile work environment, lower your victim’s self-esteem and basically make them dread coming to work. They should feel extremely anxious the night before the work week is about to begin. They should be constantly on-edge in your presence. Walking through the front door each day should fill them with a sense of foreboding.

You will need to be emotionally-abusive, and be prepared to tell a lot of lies. You are trying to inflict psychological trauma onto your victim. Be on the lookout for any of the following symptoms in your victim: high levels of stress, anxiety, frequent illnesses, exhaustion, depression, lethargy, low self-esteem or confidence, loss of motivation and productivity. When you see your victim start to display some of these traits, then you know you are on the right track and it won’t be long before you succeed.

Try to sit your victim next to yourself. This will give you ample opportunities to work your magic. You do not need to employ all of the strategies listed. Just do what works.

To succeed, you will need to be ruthless. Do not let professionalism, integrity, morals or ethics stand in your way. You will
