About this ebook
Anger is a natural, though sometimes unwanted or irrational, emotion that everybody experiences from time to time.
Anger experts describe the emotion as a primary, natural emotion which has evolved as a way of surviving and protecting yourself from what is considered a wrong-doing.
Mild anger may be brought on by feeling tired, stressed or irritated, in fact we are more likely to feel irritated if our basic human needs (food, shelter, sex, sleep, etc.) are not met or are jeopardised in some way.
We may become angry when reacting to frustration, criticism or a threat and this is not necessarily a bad or inappropriate reaction.
We can also feel irritated by other people’s beliefs, opinions and actions and hence anger can affect our ability to communicate effectively - making us more likely to say or do unreasonable or irrational things.
Being unreasonable or irrational can lead others around us to feel threatened, resentful or angry themselves and, again, these can all be barriers to effective communication.
This ebook will assist you in every possible way to control your anger.

Sid is a loving son, caring brother, fond of animals ( has got 4 dogs ) and a person who loves to spread happiness around. When he has got no work, you will see him spending time with his 4 brothers (dogs). He loves to play guitar and drums as well. At times you will notice him trying to ape his favorite Skrillex, Alex Mtch, Noisycat. Sid is a multi- talented, gifted boy who has done Post Graduation in Computers from University of Melbourne and Bachelors from Massachussets Institute of Technology, Texas, United States. He always firmly believed to create his own foot prints for others to follow than to follow other`s foot prints. In the process he was let down several time by friends turned envy, coming across scammers, poltroon freaks try to suck happiness out of your life, he has seen the worst phase of life but he kept 100% faith in his hardwork, with 3 D`s, Dedication, Determination and Devotion.By the age of 17th, he made his 1st million and since then there had been no turning back.. He is a stock trader, blogger, affiliate marketer, author of best selling fiction and non- fiction books on several epub think tanks. He has been ranked 5th on most admired teen of South Asia and his books have been rated in New York Best Selling author. He believes with the birth of Internet Technology, it has become very easy for an individual to gain knowledge on any topic but people are too busy to search for it. He firmly believes knowledge should be spread and if there is something which can be beneficial for others, share it. This is one another reason why his books are kept @ $.99 so that it can be afforded by everyone. People living on disability income, employed, unemployed, teens, school going kids. He further guesses there comes a phase in every one`s life when they can without thinking can spend $.99. A double cheeze hamburger costs much more than his books (lol). So in short, Sid is a guy who loves to share knowledge with nothing expected in return. It is highly recommended to look for a solution to any problem first in his ebooks, than to shed couples of hundreds of dollars ( your hard earned money) for the piece of information easily available for $.99
