    The check in went as normal. Harvey sighed with relief.

    The attendant tagged the bag giving him a welcoming grin. Is there anything else we can do for you Mr. Unser?

    No, that’ll be fine.

    She handed him the packet. You’ll be boarding out of gate B five at two. Have a nice flight.

    Thank you very much.

    They made their way through the crowd toward the gate. He turned abruptly and ran into a large man.

    Watch yourself chubby, Harvey said.

    The man glared at him. Excuse me.

    Harvey grinned and walked away ignoring the man.

    Harvey, you shouldn't have talked to him like that; it was an accident.

    Doesn't matter. Never going to see him again.

    You think they’ll be okay in there? Julie, Harvey's assistant asked.

    Harvey nodded his head. Absolutely.

    I just got to thinking about what would happen if our spiders got out.

    Harvey took a deep breath and exhaled slowly. That won’t happen. I have everything sealed up tight. It’ll be fine. I promise.

    She removed the flight magazine from the pouch and thumbed through it. I suppose you’re right.

    It’s just your imagination working on you.

    I still can’t help but think that it would’ve been safer if we brought them ourselves.

    Long drive to New York. This way we’ll arrive in a couple of hours, we can start the procedure, and there’s no time to waste driving. If this works out like we hope, we may have found the cure for cancer.
