Introduction

When I was doing a bit of research on ancient Eastern philosophies, and lifestyles, as well as on diets, which kept them happy and healthy, I noticed that there were a number of recipes which have been disregarded by mankind, or possibly have been forgotten because either they were written in hieroglyphics or in Sanskrit or in some ancient language.

So this book is going to tell you all about the remedies I collected from my own library, and from these ancient books, on tonics as well as food items, and how you are going to eat them in order to keep healthy and happy for as long as you live.
Many of these food items were eaten by human beings and then with the passing of time, they began to be forgotten as a normal dietary intake. So let us start with food items for growing children, adolescents, and people doing physical labor.
