    Introduction

There is 1440 minutes in a single day. Most of us go about our days indulging in standard routines that we neither love nor hate whereas a few of us manage to nail a routine that is packed with progress and success.

So what makes the masses any different than the minority? Is it better time management? Better habits? Smart productivity tips?

The answer? All of the above.

You see, we all go through life looking for the quickest and easiest way to get things done.

In doing so, we tend to look past the lessons that can be learnt from being a hard worker, from struggling, from hustling, from being dedicated and from looking beyond the present.

It all boils down to our mental construct.

We are born to follow a routine. No one is capable of walking at the age of 1 month. It is practically unheard off but over time, through daily care and essential nutrients, our bodies begin to develop and grow.

Soon, the legs which were once weak become strong and capable of carrying our bodies along with it.

But, medically speaking, we get heavier and heavier over the years so how do our legs manage to maintain our weight?

It gets stronger along with us.

The process of walking builds muscle and strengthens our legs. So, our bodies are dependent on our legs to move and our legs are dependent on our bodies to be strong.

They both co-exist and are attached to each other.

A leg is an independent body part and our entire body is made up of different independent limbs and organs.

Together, they exist in harmony and allow you to do all the things you love doing – walking, jumping, writing, typing, looking, smelling, tasting, hearing, reading and everything else.

Similarly, being the master of time all boils down to mastering a number of different disciplines such as prioritizing, time-management, goal-setting, habit building and perseverance.

All of these disciplines exist independently but together, they create magic!

You can develop yourself into someone who is capable of achieving any dream and accomplishing any goal. The only thing standing between you and insane productivity is yourself.

It’s not just you with this problem. It’s EVERYONE.

As technology has progressed, our abilities of adapting to cater for high impact demands decreased.

Unlike our legs, we become so dependent on technology that instead of it assisting us into being more productive and efficient, it’s having an adverse effect.

    We are creatures of habit.
