I walked over to the closet and gazed through the collection of shirts and pants that Joan had. She would add in her own thoughts on a particular piece of clothing sometimes, but for the most part, she let me sort through them on my own. But honestly, I didn't find anything that really appealed to me.

"Maybe just lingerie?" she suggested, when I got to the end of the closet.

I quietly nodded, my face red with shame.

"It's okay, honey," she said when she saw how red my face was. "I'm not shy and it's just us girls," she playfully added.

I smiled a bit. That made me feel a bit better.

I moved over to the dresser and opened the middle drawer. Thin, lacy pieces of lingerie were stacked neatly in the drawer. I shyly sorted through them, my fingers almost trembling.

At the very bottom, I found one I liked. It was a lacy white teddy and it was very sheer. It would look incredibly sexy on her in the photos. But I'd be able to see everything, and I mean everything! I started to put it back.

"Oooh, I like that one," she said from the other side of the room. "That would look really sexy, don't you think?"

My name is Kat and I live in a small town in Ohio. My best friend is Sarah. We had been best friends since we were small kids. She lived just down the street from me and we had grown up together. We had been inseparable for years. Where she went, I went, and vice versa. When we were kids, Sarah's dad, Mike, had built a tree house for us in one of the large oak trees in their yard. That tree house became our place. We played there when we were kids and we hung out there in our teens.
