How is your health? This book deals with the importance of good nutrition, exercise, water, sunlight, fresh air, and shows the reader a better way to assist the body in healing itself. Good health is a holistic approach; there is the spiritual, the financial and the physical aspect. What you put into your body now will affect you for years to come. The body remembers what was done to it, and if treated with care will repay with good health. If the body is abused it remembers and will pay you back. It is like an elephant, it never forgets. Prescription drugs do not heal the body. They come with a laundry list of bad side effects that destroy the body, including death. You should not be dieting, but change the way you eat for optimum health. Develop a lifestyle change by removing harmful foods from your diet and replacing them with healthy foods.
Take charge of your health and do not leave it up to doctors to do it for you. Many of them are billing your insurance companies for services they did not perform, or treat you for diseases you do not have. Some of them treat you with excessive dosage of harmful chemicals they put in your body, all for the love of money. You are your best advocate, don’t be so quick to put your trust in another human beings. Do your homework and do a check on the doctor who you will be seeing. See if there are any complaints against him or her.
Pain does not come with aging. If you are feeling pain, there is a reason for it. Your body is telling you there is something wrong, and it needs help. Find the source of the problem and fix the source. Doctors are too busy writing prescription for symptoms and this brings on many health problems for the patient.
If you have a headache, stop and think. Did you get enough water to drink? Do not reach for the pills; reach for a drink of water. In a few minutes the pain will stop, you maybe thirsty this will cause your head to hurt. If this is a constant pain that will not go away after all you have done to stop it, visit the doctor to have some test done to rule out any cause that may be life threatening.
Doctors are being charged for giving unnecessary treatment for cancer. Patients who did not have cancer were treated with harmful chemo and radiation. Some doctors do the best for their patients, but there are many who is money driven. Your health matters to the Lord, he has not left you in darkness about how you should care for your body he has given you. If you are sick and cannot enjoy the fruits of your labor, then all the silver and gold you have in the bank means nothing. In this life you will have only one body, take care of it.
Many people have become health conscious, no longer depending on just their doctors; they desire a better way other than prescription drugs.
This book is different from the rest of the health books because it incorporates the spiritual as well as the physical and offers hope for optimum health.
