About this ebook
Tennis is what I do, I coach high performance and top nationally ranked tennis players. I find more and more that the key for success in all levels of play is in the mind of a player. That is often neglected! As a player, I considered myself a nightmare for my opponents as I would naturally use all the tools I had to reach the goals I set to myself. Now as a coach, I put in this book all the tools I used as a player and also learned as a coach.
This is a great tool and knowledge not only useful for tennis but for all sports and life in general.
