In Your Face Tennis - Thomas Daniels
INTRODUCTION
In Your Face Tennis (IYFT) is a concept that I came up with because I got tired of seeing my student lose to players that they should have been beating and then make excuses for not being able to step it up mentally in their matches.
In Your Face Tennis (IYFT) is a fearless type of play, with all out effort at all times. Tennis is a war of the minds on court and it takes no prisoners. Let’s get to work transforming your tennis game for better results in your matches.
Now is a good time for some tennis modification with your tennis game, here is what you can expect from this tennis warrior like book, first, how to learn how to expect more from your game in general, by developing an attitude and warrior spirit that can't be matched by your opponent.
Also, you will learn how to play tennis in the ideal, until you can make it real and so much more.
Enough of the hype, I respect your time and I know you all are very busy, so thanks for buying my book and let’s get you started taking your mental game to another level, how about an In Your Face Tennis
(IYFT) level.
One last thing, tennis players create everything in their minds first,so keep reminding yourself of that from now on off the court and on it.
Good luck in your tennis career and let's get busy!
Break out with a pen too!

CHAPTER 1
YOUR INITIATION
Are you ready to stop losing to payers that, you know you should be beating?
Are you ready to become a better player in a short period of time than you thought you could?
This is your introduction to IYFT (In Your Face Tennis), a mindset that is all about training your mind, to give more effort,on every point, and in every match and in every practice.
Time to start winning people and stop whining!
I believe you already know the basics for playing tennis, so we are going to skip that part in this book and get into the mental game.
Tennis is 80% mental; you have to get that edge over your opponent, to help you win more, that is where this book comes in, written with you in mind and to help you do just that.
With the right mental attitude you will have the edge over your opponent.
Doesn’t matter what the score is, an IYFT player is always hanging in there, to the last point.
A few professional players who have an IYFT mindset are Novak, Nadal and Serena, to give you some idea of what this IYFT concept is all about.
They embodied it from head to toe!
I know many of you probably take tennis as a hobby and you
