Getting Along with Others
Getting along with others is a skill that can be learned. People who don’t get along with others are often aggressive. Many people are not aware that they are aggressive. Some people hurt others to feel powerful. It’s all right to have power, but it isn’t all right to hurt others. Sometimes people need to find another response that will allow them to get what they want while respecting themselves and others. And everyone could use help becoming a better friend. This work book is divided into two parts: in Part One you will learn about what bullying is and how to deal with anger; in Part Two you will learn more about being a good friend.
