    That is quiet a list above, but those are the ingredients for all the recipes within this book.  You will need extras to go with some of the meals, such as a salad, or a fresh piece of fruit.

    Nutrition is a Lifestyle

    It is wise to practice nutrition as a good lifestyle.  Food absolutely affects our health as well as our emotions and moods.  We certainly are what we eat.  If we fill our bodies with junk foods, foods high in sugar, fat, preservatives, and dyes, then our bodies will eventually react to this.  Eating healthy good foods is a lifestyle choice.  The recipes in the Nutrition Cookbook are excellent starting points if you are weaning off of junk foods and making the dieting change for nutrition.  All the recipes in this book help the body by being a type of detox.  The foods help to cleanse the body of the impurities built up from eating too much junk.

    Making Nutrition Diets Successful

    It is not always easy to go on a diet and stick with it.  Look at all the people who go on diets to lose weight.  They may lose the weight, but may gain it back just as fast.  Why does this happen?  It happens because they did not make the conscious decision to make a dieting lifestyle change.  They dieted long enough to lose the weight and then went right back to eating the same foods they ate before the diet.  This is no good; it will not solve the problem, and is not healthy.  If you want to be completely healthy, you must make the decision that you are going to switch to eating better nutrition.  Once you make this decision there are things you can to do help make the diet more successful.

    Wean From Bad Habits

    It only makes sense if you are wishing to eat healthier then you would want to get rid of all your bad habits.  This means to stop smoking, stop drinking alcohol, and most importantly stop eating junk food.  It also means you need to be more active and less sedentary.  All these things make up your state of health.  Let's
