सरश्री - अल्प परिचय

सरश्री की आध्यात्मिक खोज का सफर उनके बचपन से प्रारंभ हो गया था| इस खोज के दौरान उन्होंने अनेक प्रकार की पुस्तकों का अध्ययन किया| इसके साथ ही अपने आध्यात्मिक अनुसंधान के दौरान अनेक ध्यान पद्धतियों का अभ्यास किया| उनकी इसी खोज ने उन्हें कई वैचारिक और शैक्षणिक संस्थानों की ओर बढ़ाया| इसके बावजूद भी वे अंतिम सत्य से दूर रहे| उन्होंने अपने तत्कालीन अध्यापन कार्य को भी विराम लगाया ताकि वे अपना अधिक से अधिक समय सत्य की खोज में लगा सकें| जीवन का रहस्य समझने के लिए उन्होंने एक लंबी अवधि तक मनन करते हुए अपनी खोज जारी रखी| जिसके अंत में उन्हें आत्मबोध प्राप्त हुआ| आत्मसाक्षात्कार के बाद उन्होंने जाना कि अध्यात्म का हर मार्ग जिस कड़ी से जुड़ा है वह है - समझ (अण्डरस्टैण्डिंग)|

सरश्री कहते हैं कि ‘सत्य के सभी मार्गों की शुरुआत अलग-अलग प्रकार से होती है लेकिन सभी के अंत में एक ही समझ प्राप्त होती है| ‘समझ’ ही सब कुछ है और यह ‘समझ’ अपने आपमें पूर्ण है| आध्यात्मिक ज्ञान प्राप्ति के लिए इस ‘समझ’ का श्रवण ही पर्याप्त है|’

सरश्री ने दो हजार से अधिक प्रवचन दिए हैं और सत्तर से अधिक पुस्तकों की रचना की है| ये पुस्तकें दस से अधिक भाषाओं में अनुवादित की जा चुकी हैं और प्रमुख प्रकाशकों द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई हैं, जैसे पेंगुइन बुक्स, हे हाऊस पब्लिशर्स, जैको बुक्स, हिंद पॉकेट बुक्स, मंजुल पब्लिशिंग हाऊस, प्रभात प्रकाशन, राजपाल ऍण्ड सन्स इत्यादि|

About Sirshree Sirshree’s spiritual quest, which began right from his childhood, led him on a journey through various schools of thought and meditation practices. The overpowering desire to attain the truth made him relinquish his teaching job. After a long period of contemplation, his spiritual quest ended with the attainment of the ultimate truth. Sirshree says, "All paths that lead to the truth begin differently, but end in the same way—with understanding. Understanding is the whole thing. Listening to this understanding is enough to attain the truth." This understanding begins with the mantra of acceptance. The mantra of acceptance is: "Can I accept this?" symbolized by the mudra (gesture) portrayed above. Sirshree espouses that the understanding of truth is beyond personalities. Seekers of truth need to go beyond personality worship and embrace the formless truth. Hence, instead of using photographs, the symbol of acceptance is used to represent Sirshree. To disseminate the understanding of truth, Sirshree devised Tejgyan—a unique system for wisdom—that helps one to progress from self-help to self-realization. He has delivered more than 1500 discourses and written over 60 books. His books have been translated in more than ten languages and published by leading publishers such as Penguin Books, Hay House Publishers, Jaico Books, etc. Sirshree’s retreats have transformed the lives of thousands of people and his teachings have inspired various social initiatives for raising global consciousness.
