    Getting Pregnant (Preparation)

Every women in this universe have motherhood feeling, no matter how much she says that she don't like kids, or don't want to have a baby, it's our nature, the God creation, it's just who we are. If you are an adult women, who feel comfortably, and have the ability to take responsibility of small, cute, human being in her life then for sure you are in the right path to have a baby.

In this report, I will show you all you need to know about pregnancy, starting from simple thoughts about it to problems that may pass on the way, until you have your little angle between your arms.

    Ovulation Days

Many women do not know what ovulation means. It is simply when one or more eggs are released from your ovaries.

In each month, there are 15 – 20 of these eggs that become mature inside your ovaries, but only the ripest egg is released, and the most successful egg is swept into one of your fallopian tubes (it's tube that connect between your ovaries and the uterus).

The sperm can survive up to seven days in your vagina. In the uterus or in the fallopian tubes the sperm is waiting for your mature egg. This means that you do not have to make sex in all your ovulation days to get pregnant. You have about six days of fertile, five days before, and one day after the ovulation itself.

Now you are probably asking, how can I know when my ovulation days are?

Simply you have to note down the length of your menstrual cycle, and pay attention to hormonal and physical changes in your body. You'll start to notice signs that you're fertile about five days before you ovulate.

Ovulation usually occurs between 12 and 14 days before your period starts. This is an average, so it could be a couple of days earlier or later. Let’s say that you have an irregular cycle (a regular 28-day menstrual cycle) then count the first day of your period as day one, your ovulation days is likely to be around days 12 to 17.

However, women that have irregular cycle have to depend on changes on their bodies, and these signs or changes are:

    A) Changes in cervical mucus, you see in your knickers or on toilet tissue when you go for a wee.

    B) Little pain in your belly

    C) You feel much sexy, flirty, and you may notice a peak in sexual desire at this time.

How do you know if you are ready for a baby?

If you are decided that it is the right time to start a family, maybe you have to think repeatedly, are you and your partner both equally committed to becoming parents?

Do you know how to handle childcare responsibilities and balancing between your work and your family? Are you ready to give up sleeping at most nights? Have you thought about how becoming parents will change you?

If most of your answers are NO, then you have to think again dear. Having a baby will not just have a small impact on your life; it is going to change your whole universe.

Think about how you will feel, how you usually cope with change, and how you can prepare yourself for the highs (and lows) of parenthood.

    How food affects your pregnancy?

Eating well is essential if you are intent on baby making. Aim for a balanced diet of three meals a day, including at least five daily
