Breast Feeding Sex - Ava Aurora

    Introduction

There is no denying the fact that having a good sex life can be a bit challenging for nursing mothers. The good news, however, is that if done properly, breastfeeding and sound sex life can go hand in hand.

Many mothers who breastfeed still believe falsely that sperm might contaminate breast milk during sex. This is untrue, as there is no connection or correlation between sperm and breast milk.

Breastfeeding mothers have neglected their marital responsibilities in many homes due to this and other incorrect assumptions, which have negatively affected their marriages.

Yes, I am aware that many breastfeeding mothers refrain from having sex out of concern for becoming pregnant while still caring for their infant.  However, what is remarkable in this situation is that getting pregnant while still breastfeeding is quite unusual.

This is because when you are breastfeeding, your body automatically ceases ovulating.

In other words, your body will naturally cease producing and release ripe eggs when you breastfeed your baby for at least every 3–4 hours during the day and every 5–6 hours at night.

This will consequently stop conception from happening, even if your partner ejaculates inside of you during sex. This implies that you will not also be having your monthly period at this time.

But because I am aware that there are always exceptions to occurrences, I will share with you some crucial and effective anti-pregnancy tips in one of the chapters of this book to assist you in completely preventing the possibility of becoming pregnant while you are still nursing.

With that out of the way, I'd like to share with you some essential information about breastfeeding and sex that every breastfeeding mother should be aware of.

Your sex drive may be affected by breastfeeding

Yes, you might already be experiencing this, but there is a solution. For the majority of breastfeeding mothers, the decrease in sex drive during breastfeeding is a common occurrence.

The body's production of estrogen and progesterone declines during breastfeeding, which is what causes the fall or reduction in sex drive in nursing mothers.

Dryness during sex is caused by the drop in these sex hormone levels,
