PRINCESS CUPCAKES
MAKING CUPCAKES is almost as much fun as eating them.
With the recipes and decorating tips in this booklet, your cupcakes will be a royal success.
Here’s what every cupcake princess should know before she starts baking. Keep these baking rules in mind as you make the kitchen your cupcake kingdom.
PREPARING YOUR PRINCESS CUPCAKES
♦ Your cupcake ingredients should be at room temperature.
♦ Sift the powdered sugar, or whisk it in a bowl to remove any lumps, before measuring it.

♦ Use the smallest possible liquid measuring cup for measuring liquid ingredients. (For 1 cup or less, use a 1-cup measure. For between 1 and 2 cups, use a 2-cup measure.)
