    NEAPOLITAN CUPCAKES

    MAKES 12 PREP AND COOK: 45 MINS

    440g packet classic chocolate cake mix
    Fresh halved strawberries and Neapolitan chocolate, broken into pieces, to decorate

    FROSTING

    350g butter, softened
    3 cups icing sugar mixture
    1 tblsp milk
    1 tsp vanilla bean paste

    1 Line a 12-hole muffin pan (⅓-cup capacity) with paper cases.

    Prepare cake mix according to directions on box.
