North Carolina Injury Law: A Reference for Accident Victims
By David Daggett and Griff Shuler

About this ebook
We know how complicated and difficult personal injury, workers compensation, and disability claims can be. Think of this book as a guidebook or a roadmap, if you will, through the often confusing and overwhelming world of personal injury law. We wanted to provide you with a resource that is easy to understand, without a law degree.
Each chapter will lead you through one aspect in clear, understandable language. We hope that it will clarify your options, explain the law, and perhaps even answer some questions that you didn’t even know you had.
As experienced personal injury lawyers, we understand that most accident victims are caught unprepared for the life-changing effects of a sudden, serious accident. This book should help guide you through those changes and the new legal and medical worlds you will enter, worlds filled with their own members and their own vocabularies. We offer a step-by-step explanation of the entire process, from accident to settlement.
This book should not be considered legal advice, but an overview of the world of personal injury.
