So You've Been in a Car Accident: What Do You Do Now?

About this ebook
You are the victim of an automobile accident. Remember that word: victim. You were the one hurt and you must focus on taking care of your own needs now. The insurance company of the person who hit you is NOT on your side. Unless you were at fault, your insurance company won’t even get involved. Everyone who is involved in settling your case is going to get paid... except maybe you. You must take steps to ensure that after your attorney gets his fee, and all of your medical expenses are paid, you have money to take care of your ongoing medical needs, as well as for your pain and suffering: Pain and suffering which may continue or worsen throughout your life.
You are worthy. You have been hurt and should be fairly compensated for your injuries. Do not feel guilty about asking for money. Your life has been impacted and the changes may not be temporary. Your immediate physical injuries may heal, but what about lasting trauma, both physical and mental? Please have your own best interests at heart and don’t back down.
Herein, I have compiled all of the information I wish I’d had as I went through my case. Use it to help you make decisions about physicians and attorneys, about what to document and what documents to keep, about things you should do to make your case easier for your attorney. I have kept this guide short and to the point. What you need right now is concise information, not a lengthy book. I have included a To-Do list, as well as things to remember as you go forward.
I wish you a complete recovery as well as a speedy and financially lucrative settlement to your case.
