    Introduction - what this book is all about?

    I am going to talk about smoking and the respective issues in relation to this addiction. Nowadays, smoking is becoming a trend to people, especially the youngsters. There has been a shocking discovery among the young generation, especially boys, that smoking is a way to show your manhood. Mainly, the environmental conditions have led the young generation to have this addiction.

    There are a lot of new forms of addiction like – Heroin, Cocaine, Barbiturates, Street Methadone, Alcohol, Ketamine, Benzodiazepines, etc. These kinds of drugs are so dangerous to people that they almost forget about the day-to-day habit of cigarettes. Also, other drugs like – Cannabis, Solvents, MTA, LSD, Methylphenidate, GHB, Alkyl Nitrates, Khat, etc. have bad reputation. So today smoking is getting little or no concern to people. We almost take it as a habit of having tea or drinking water several times in a day without realizing the consequences. This unawareness has given the chance for the cigarette business to spread around everywhere. According to a study in The Lancet, tobacco is the most dangerous substance which is frequently used by human beings and it is the main ingredient in cigarettes.

    So after observing such underestimation about smoking and its implications, I have decided to write a book on this issue just to raise some awareness among people against smoking and drug addiction.

    Moreover, I will explain some issues like:

    - What are the causes of the smoke addiction?

    - How to eliminate the smoke addiction?

    - What are the benefits from stop smoking?

    - Practical steps for giving up smoking
