I recorded this one really quickly before one of my calls and just let things flow. I reflected on how alcohol really is the #1 thing that gets in the way of all of the things that we want in our life. When you remove the alcohol, you can have it all. It finally clears space for you to begin working on yourself.
We all feel the discomfort early on, but that's just part of the process. It's part of neurochemical, emotional and physical debt that we have to repay for using a drug to run from our perceived problems. But once you get over the hump, you're going to wish you did this sooner.
