INTRODUCTION
There are many reasons business owners choose to write a business plan, but oftentimes it is because the business is seeking a bank loan or needs written information that will entice investors. However, beyond these couple financial reasons, the most important reasons to write a business plan is to create a map that will facilitate success for the business; in other words, for your own benefit!
Many people look at the creation of a business plan as
