Chapter 1

Ben lost his job as a technician during the recent recession. His company had moved to a lower labour cost country so it had retrenched most of the staff. Ben looked desperately for a few months for another technician job but there were too few jobs and many applicants were willing to accept a job at lower pay than Ben. Ben was living with his girl friend and his little savings were being drained quickly. Ben decided to be more flexible and looked for other type of jobs. He saw an advertisement looking for valet driver working the night shift and only requiring at least four nights of work a week. The advertisement wrote Perk includes driving luxury cars that are only displayed in car show rooms that you may not dare to enter.

The job sounded interesting and most importantly it was a night job so he could still continue his search for his technician job during the day. He called up the boss and they agreed to meet to discuss the job. They arranged to meet the next day. Keith was the boss of the company. It was a new company in a new industry. The business of the company was to provide drivers for customers that were out partying and had a little too much to drink. These customers would book a valet driver in advance and when they were done drinking, the valet driver would come over to help them drive their cars back to their destination. Since the job was a night job and most of their customers were well off people, the pay was good. Keith mentioned there was another perk that he could not mention in the advertisement but it was a perk all guys would enjoy. Ben decided to give it a try.
