Introduction

Welcome to this teaching of Master Key to the Kingdom, Who You Are in Christ: The Believer’s Way of Life. I’m Dr. Anthony T. Ladson, the author of I’m Born Again, Now What? And I am the creator and founder of Who You Are In Christ Academy. I help believers effectively and intelligently communicate who they are and what they have in Christ so that they can experience a more productive and fulfilling life, a life worth living.

Throughout my experiences of being in Christ over the last 18 years, I have noticed a pattern with the believers that I have come into contact with. This pattern is a problem that is circulating throughout the body of Christ, and it has been around since the day Jesus left the scene. This problem is causing many believers to fall away from Christ. It’s causing many believers to accept less than what is available to them. This problem is the identity crisis.

This identity crisis is making believers think that they do not have what God says they have. They may think less of themselves because they don’t know who they are and what they have in Christ. And that should not be. Every believer, ever born again Christian who professes Jesus Christ as Lord, should know what Jesus said about them. They should know what they have and what He has given them the power to do. Some people say, Yeah, He gave us power to trample over serpents. Yes, he did. But He has given us so much more power. He has given us so much more authority. If you would just scratch the surface of the things that He has given us, it would blow your mind.

That’s how this teaching came about. There was a time when I was confused in the body of Christ. I did not know what it meant to be saved, and I was just plain scared of God. I made the decision to learn about this God that I had given my life to, an action that changed my life forever. After years of studying and eventually receiving my Doctorate in Theology, I knew that there was something more for me to do. Something more than just sitting on my hands and being happy that I had received my Doctorate. Something more than being satisfied with the hard work I had done and for the many years that I studied in order to receive my degree. I knew there was something more. So I decided to do something about finding my real purpose in life. I sought God and asked him What am I supposed to do? I have this Doctorate, but I know that there is something more for me to do. I was seeking God and asking God, What is my next step? What am I supposed to do?

Early one morning the Holy Spirit spoke to me and told me my purpose. He told me that I am to remind some, and to reveal to others, who they are and what they have in Christ. And that blew me away. I cried. I cried when He told me this. And that was a turning point in my life. That is how I got here, to this teaching, to the mission God has given me through the Body of Christ. The mission of teaching the Master Key To The Kingdom.

Chapter One:

There is a Problem

Because there is the problem of the identity crisis that is causing havoc in the body of Christ, the teaching of The Master Key To The Kingdom is needed in your life. There should be no identity problem in Christians. Everyone should know who they are and what they have in Christ. You should know who you are and what you have in Christ.

Yes, we understand that we can move mountains by faith. Jesus said, If you say unto this mountain be moved and cast into the sea. He is referring to any obstacle or problem that you have in your life. If you have no doubt that you can move mountains, and if you have the faith that you can do so, you will achieve success. But you have to do it in faith, without doubt. You can’t be wavering. We must understand that. We need to understand that there is a new way of thinking, a way to a deeper revelation of God. And not just of God but who we are in Him. Because no longer are we just servants. Yes, we are just servants unto the most high God, but we are more than that. We are sons and daughters of the most high God. We don’t have to take a position of looking down to get up. No, we are seated right next to Him in the heavenly realms.

When He raised Christ from the dead, He raised us up also, to sit together at His right hand. That’s the new revelation that is going on now. That’s the new revelation that’s happening in the body of Christ. Those who know who they are accept the fact that they are greater than what they thought they were.

The world is changing so fast. I remember way back when Big Mama used to say things like I’m going up the rough side of the mountain. Jesus said that we could tell this mountain to be moved, be cast into the sea. And the mountain will be moved if we operate in faith and not doubt.

But Big Mama didn’t have that revelation back then.
