Donna Jean DeBard

Donna grew up in Baltimore, Maryland. She married at seventeen and later had three daughters, Dina, Denise, and Dawn. Currently, she is happily married and retired in beautiful Lake County, Florida. Donna is grandmother to Chris, Brandon, Matthew, Scotty, Nicky, Brittni, Amber, Heather, and Christi and great-grandmother to Chris Jr, Vanessa, Emma and Raymond. She is also “Aunt Donna” to Crystal, Miranda, Michael, and Gabby. Through the years, she has written for birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, and memorials, as well as romantic and funny events. When she travels, she finds herself journalizing the whole thing in verse. Losing her firstborn, Dina, to a car accident four years ago sorely tested Donna’s faith but also made way for a whole new experience of His amazing grace. This resulted in a heart-wrenching poem to her memory, included at end of this book. Donna plans to write true animal stories as well as her husband’s memoirs in anecdote style.
