I have around fifteen year experience in call center industry. Currently working as a Team leader in mobilink which is the largest telecommunications company in Pakistan. And its vimplecom company. Currently the building in which I am working is the largest call center building in Asia. We have to deal with the largest subscriber base with really good service levels.
