We first made the acquaintance of young miss Chelsia Bleu, our Kallie, in Bleu Moon (Kallie Bleu).
As a young girl she was not overjoyed to be unceremoniously transplanted to the high mountains of Kentucky. She finds herself overwhelmed, "Lost" and in need of a guide as she sets off to identify and challenge her Destiny as a young adult. On her blue moon quest, things for Kallie go from bad to worse. Bleu Snafu picks up where we left her last, in a serious predicament. As promised she has more to tell.
Up on a mountain top quite high;
I am so tiny, dwarfed by the sky.
GD, BFE, Kentucky on the address flap;
Mistik Forrest at the tip-top of the map.

I came here on the day of my birth
seekin a treasure of great worth.
This was to be my day of triumph.
But No; what I get is all foul'd up.
I hiked in darkness, a desperate act;
I close my eyes n take my wish back.

“In Nth degree pay ye heed;
cosmic screws coming in Karmic Degree.
As for the King I would not displease;
I direct ye answer what he asked of thee."

Was her wish granted, will she get off the mountaintop, and what of the stag? Kallie is hoping for some of these answers too.

Hello. I am Beverly. A normal woman in a hectic world; sometimes "Super" at other times "Wonder” Woman.My main job titles include Mother, Grandmother and wife of over 28 years. Secondary titles (though less formal, still of utmost importance) include Domestic Engineer and Hearth Manager; not to mention that I am a master at juggling.Professionally I am a Registered Nurse, specializing in psychiatric nursing with over 30 years of experience in helping people in crisis. This "calling" started with a degree in Psychology from VPI&SU in 1981. This was combined with a RN degree in 1992 and advanced into the specialty with ANCC certification in Mental Health and Mental Illness in 1995.I have worked in many professional areas over the years including medical hospitals (general medical and cardiac care), counseling, mental hospitals, and home health. The specific job titles have varied, including Psychiatric Nurse, RN Clinician, and Behavioral Nurse Specialist. By far the most intense experiences came from over 15 years working in a state-run mental institution in areas of Detox, Substance Abuse, Adolescence, and Acute Admissions. The most challenging experiences came from Psychiatric Home Health Nursing.Hobbies (when time allows) include Music, Cooking, Art, crafts, photography, physical fitness, volleyball/softball and raising northern breeds Siberian Huskies and American Eskimos.Writing has been a lifelong passion. It is something that I am compelled to do. Whether writing fiction, poetry, or a professional in-service the enjoyment I get is the same. So many stories clamoring for attention, impatiently waiting to be told.

Chapter 1 A Wish...

Foolish, I set out on a very long hike

guided by glory of Blue moon's light.

This night was fortole to be magical;

I need its magic to be powerful.

Underneath a full-moon sky

I traveled far, a wish to try.

My quest was with intent to plead;

grant me now what I do need.

Mayhap someone, or somethin,

mine heart's desire to bring.

A wish of great importance,

I asked, with much reverence

for my need of change.

So why do I feel so strange?

Was I granted what I did seek?

Did the wishin leave me weak?

Once granted would feel new, I guess.

So far I can make no sense of this.

Or is there somethin else goin on?

Did my quest go horribly wrong?

Out of the pan, into the fire again?

Why do you try when you ne'er win?

"Ye tend too often to think the worst.

Slow down, take a look around first."

Where this voice came from I doan know;

to my ear it sounds more friend then foe.

E'erwho you be, your words ring true;

so I will do what you say to do.

Look round, check out the view;

from this I mayhap find a clue.
