Erin looked at herself one more time in the mirror. Her body fitting, short pink dress outlined herself perfectly. She lightly swiped the edges of her lips, cleaning off some lipstick.

Her boyfriend had asked her to come party with her in an area she wasn't familiar with. She had to search online for the location. She thought it was a strange place to party as it was in the seedier area of town.

She ran her fingers through her soft blonde hair and pursed her lips together briefly. Her phone rang and she rushed back to her bedroom.

Hello? She answered.

Hey babe, you coming? Her boyfriend asked.

Of course. And it’s ok MLK Boulevard? Erin asked.

What? Uh... yeah I think so. I think that sounds about right. I'll drive by and pick you up at the intersection next to the KFC, her boyfriend answered.

Okay, sounds good, Erin replied.

Later, her boyfriend said as he hung up.

Erin popped her cellphone into her purse and grabbed her keys. Her taxi arrived just on time and she hopped in. The cab driver looked up at her through his rearview mirror.
