Even though they are located very close in geography, they are very different in some of their cultures and cuisine. The foods and recipes are simple delicious, scrumptious, delectable, mouthwatering and so much fun to prepare and eat. We will start with the Asian country of Korean history, its foods, peoples and cuisine.
The foods from each of these countries are similar but differ in the fact that the Koreans eat more vegetables, the Chinese eat a lot of pork and the Japanese eat a lot of fish.

Korea is a land of rugged mountains and shining waters. It is close to Manchuria and Siberia to the North with China just across the Yellow Sea. It is believed by the people that live there to be one of the healthiest climates in the world. Korea is filled with ancient monuments and is quite different from other areas of the Far East.
The Koreans are thought to be the descendants from a nomadic tribe from Mongolia and from the Caucasians of western Asia giving them both occidental and oriental features. The women dress in very colorful clothing and are very beautiful.
Today Korea is divided into two countries; North Korea and South Korea. North Korea is a communist country that has changed a lot in its policies and customs while South Korea is still clinging to some of the old customs, but modernization is taking place slowly.
