The arrangement of chapters and its content mirrors the process of growth and development on the physical and spiritual levels.

Comfort, Counsel, Courage and Consciousness are the four major sections of this work. On a physical level, these four areas mirror the process of choice, empowerment, responsibility and opportunity; on a spiritual level, acknowledgement, surrender, dominion and attainment.

Its content can be read from beginning to end, offering gentle instruction and guidance towards self-fulfillment and self-love. Or it can be read in any order since each concept stands completely and totally on its own.
