About this ebook
This short book is based on my own notes taken during Cognitive Therapy and my realization of having Asperger Syndrome. My guess is that you would be interested in this book if you want a logic view in to the life defined by logic that a person with Asperger has and also the difficulties that can arrive from it. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I did writing it.

Chapter 1: FORWORDS
A couple of years ago I toke a wrong turn in life that turned out to have a completely different route then my imagination ever could have thought up.
During this hard time in life I met a wonderful person that till this day stands tall on a pedestal in my mind, she is a psychologist and helped me get my mind straight and for that will I forever be thankful.
The years that has passed since this has been a long road of thoughts and insights of my own mind and on several occasions have I written down my thoughts to help me sort them out. But I feel it´s time to put it all together on one paper, that´s why I write this.
In early stages of discussion whit the psychologist she suspected that I might have Asperger Syndrome and when I started to educate myself in the subject was it like reading something that I had written myself and later forgotten all about.
As they say; -If the shoe fits…
This lead me in to getting acquainted with the shoe, a different matter altogether as I would need a crash course in life and the governing dynamics that it´s made up of.
I have later learned that this is called Cognitive Therapy (CT) and I now believe that this is the true salvation and the only way the world can be saved, because this is what can save us from ourselves.
I will try to gather my own thoughts on the subject on this paper, but one must remember that I only have degree in the subject from the University of Life, the hard school that first gives you an exam and later educates you. This paper is also not a do it yourself
handbook, but just thoughts about the treatment and thoughts evolved from it. I’m not a much of a book reader either, so if you find the text funny formulated, it’s most likely because it is.
If you want the clinically correct version, I suggest you call a psychologist and make an appointment. You most likely don’t have the same problems that
