Yoga is union

It is a form of exercise that have elements or poses (also called asanas), which are low impact and are useful to increase strength and help stretch tight muscles. As people age, the muscles and tissues become drier and thinner just like the hair and skin. While less fluid and nutritious elements are pumping them up, these organs lose some of their elasticity to gradually become stiff, and blood vessels become constricted and blood circulation is also restricted.
