    Let’s face it getting fat is easy for most of us. It became much easier when I took a desk job. The pressures of life, marriage, and kids took over and after a few years I looked down and couldn’t see my toes anymore.

    Losing excess fat is hard. There are countless diet and exercise plans out there and if you are like me, you’ve tried almost every one of them. Most of what I have seen and tried has been written by people that have never really had an issue with being extremely overweight or even obese.

    After having tried so many different diet plans, I’ve found that the most successful ones include the following qualities:
