It’s early Monday morning and I’m on a small island in the Caribbean. The island has only a few roads, the rest is just sand. At dawn I woke up at seven and headed straight for the ocean. Like every morning... Just before the shore becomes overpowered by the sun’s strong rays, I manage to run along the beach. After running, I jump into the ocean and take a dip in its azure waves. Famished, I’m looking forward to a rich breakfast. This is how a normal day for me begins...

Why I Wrote This Book

I’ve always wanted to write a book about how I was able to change my life. Now I’m going to share my success with the world and reveal the rules I’ve learned and which I abide by. Once I mentioned this to my wife during dinner. Any why do you want to share with everyone how you did it? she said. They are going to repeat it and you’ll just feed it to the competition. She just shook her head, baffled.

I have long wondered about whether I should write this story along with specific instructions. It’s a story about an ambitious young man who yearns to see the world; my own personal story of winning and success. There are many books out there on how to become successful and get rich. Most of them run over a hundred pages and are chock full of positive advice. And I’ve read dozens more. I like them. They’re fantastic, delivering you strength and energy. But none of them have ever given me a specific roadmap to lead me to success. Most of them talk about investing in property, but it’s not so easy, you see. Unless you have specific instructions and a specialist to guide you, you may break your neck in this business, as many millions of Americans did after the onset of the crisis in 2010. None of these books ever gave me any clue; just general descriptions about how far you can go, nothing ever concrete. Usually, the authors are praising their own achievements. Last time I read in one of them the words, I bought land in LA for $800,000. And a month later I was earning $400,000 on it. Amazing, I thought. What an interesting title. But how do I buy the land? That’s my question. And even after reading the entire book I couldn’t find the answer.

This little book isn’t going to tell you how to make a killing on the stock market or become a worldwide player in real estate; that I can guarantee you. My book
